A promising candidate must be hired on his/ her proficiency and competence to deliver in the required position and there should be no discrimination in hiring. Hence\, IDF is organising an annual mega Job Fair\, India Diversity Job Fair 2021\, and invites companies to hire candidates. These candidates will include professionals on job\, out of job\, on sabbatical\, disabled\, educated and skilled homemakers who could not enter the employment world owing to their family commitments but are talented\nand skilled\, just out of college students\, professionals in their 20s\, 30s\, 40s\, 50s and 60s (some companies have begun hiring retired professionals) and all educated or candidates looking for jobs irrespective of any factor. We believe: if they are good for your job\, hire them.
