India Diversity Conclave (IDC) 2025 serves as a platform to spotlight and amplify the critical role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in shaping India’s corporate and societal landscapes. Under the theme, “Threads of Change, Weaving Diversity into India’s Growth Story” the conclave brings together industry leaders, policymakers, influencers, and stakeholders to exchange insights, showcase best practices, and drive actionable solutions for embedding DEI into the fabric of India’s progress.

Since 2021, the India Diversity Conclave has grown from a dialogue-driven platform into a nationwide movement for advancing DEI across sectors. Each year builds momentum, creating ripple effects of change in organizations and communities.
