Every organisation creates its own best practices towards various functions, including diversity and inclusion. Each member organisation will submit its best practices report to the industry council chair, who will shortlist the best on the basis of pre decided guidelines. These ten best entries will then be put to vote before the members, who will vote the best three organsiations on the basis of their best practices. These thre organisations will be given the Best Practices Award at India Diversity Conclave.
