India Diversity Forum has industry-specific councils that act as mini sector forums for its constituent members to meet, deliberate and collaborate in making their organizations more diverse and inclusive. Each council has an Industry Council Chair (ICC) who leads the Council and is responsible for its working and performance.
IDF has identified ten councils on a macro level. They are BFSI, Technology, Consumer, Make in India, Wellbeing, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Integrated Mobility, Communication and Services.
