Since Diversity and Inclusion are playing a big role in recruitment and work culture enhancement the world over, it is important that the government’s policies and vision are shared and taken ahead. IDF intends to be the interface between organisations and the government by taking the requirements of India Inc. vis-à-vis diversity and inclusion to the government through recommendations or whitepapers or summits or other platforms and communication tools. IDF, as a facilitating body, will help in creating an opportunity for reinvention in the fields of diversity and inclusion, share the government response with the industry and facilitate in implementing the guidelines.
