AT AGS we follow a three pronged approach – Recruit, Retain and Develop and all our initiatives and programs embrace this strategy.
We have built women leaders at all levels in our organization. The percentage of women workforce at AGS in junior, mid-management, and top-level are the best in the industry. To start with, our CEO is a woman. We have a 40% ratio of women leaders in our CXO group across the US and India. Besides that, we have 30% women leaders across functions. Key functions such as HR, Branding, Communications, CSR and D&I, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success are all headed by Women leaders. 50% of the team members are women. As a part of our D&I goal, we are focused on developing future women leaders. We have rolled out exclusive programs for women employees and focus on hiring as well. We highlight every achievement/milestone of our women colleagues, presently we are running a social media campaign #AGSWomenAchievers, highlighting the achievements of women colleagues who got promoted recently. The number of impressions is usually more than 10,000.
We are committed to hiring resources from PWD and LGBTQ Community. We have dedicated forums for Women, PWD, and LGBTQ resources within our organization. We periodically organize Theatre workshops, webinars inviting experts from the industry to address our colleagues on D&I-related topics. We celebrated a whole month dedicated to D&I to bring about awareness.
AGS leadership strongly believes that AGS will achieve the goal we have ear marked for ourselves and create a positive impact in the D&I space.
