The company is a subsidiary of a European bank – FIMBank p.l.c., Malta, and is registered with the RBI as an NBFC – Factor. Through our global network, we offer one-stop shop solutions around receivables finance.

“Words will probably do no injustice to the amazing journey I’ve had with this incredible organization. I will still try to sum up my experience so far.
I joined IFFS in 2016. It was a challenging time. Apart from being new to the team, my personal life had hit a rough patch, as I had lost my father in a road accident.
It takes a lot nowadays to have people with you, but I had great souls around me who not only supported me professionally and financially, but emotionally too and I realised the importance of this company in my life.
Later, as an expecting mother, i was worried about commuting to work and having to work on a schedule, which is expected of every emoloyee. However my seniors were accomodating and adjusted my work hours to suit my requirements. That was not all, the flexibility of work from home was extended to me. Before leaving for my maternity leave, the team came together to celebrate the transition I was about to make to motherhood, making me feel extremely special. The ride home was the cherry on the cake.
This shows organization’s commitment to inclusion.
I’ve never heard or come across an organisation which extends such support to women.
I must also mention the underlying philosophy of the organisation, which believes in maximising everyone’s potential.
