Diversity & Inclusion is one of the core components of PIL’s Employee Value Proposition. We take pride in having 30% women in the Senior Management and Extended Leadership Team. Furthermore, in the last three years, the representation of women in the organization has grown from 2% to 16%. We have multitudinous D&I activities and initiatives that will move the needle further in the right direction.
One of the vital D&I initiatives at our organization is FEMBRIGADE, a PIL initiative to engage with the women employees. Its focal point is to discuss the achievements, ideas, and bottlenecks which are directly proportional to the increased professional growth for women in the organization. The session is organized once a quarter with a specific theme, such as Breaking the Bias and Being Independent. The day session includes theme-based sessions, engagement activities, and a special guest speaker for our attendees to interact with.
