Xperi’s Women in Technology ERG focuses on supporting women in their professional development both within the company and the industry at large. Mahogany at Xperi supports and serves Black employees, addressing intersectional interests and promoting equity. PRIDE at Xperi is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, while Veterans at Xperi celebrates and supports veterans within the company. Asian & Pacific Islanders at Xperi serves the diverse set of cultures within the Asian population. Early Professionals at Xperi provides young professionals and those who are transitioning careers with the guidance, skills and training needed to succeed in our company and beyond.
Balancing work and personal life can sometimes lead individuals to temporarily pause their careers. Xperi understands this and has launched Unpause by Xperi, a returnee program. In addition to this, we conduct yearly sensitization sessions specifically focused on women returnees, highlighting the importance of returning to work and providing the necessary support to ease the transition.
As a recognition of the program, Neha Singh, senior data analyst, who recently restarted her career with the Unpause program shared, “I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the Unpause program, which has given me the opportunity to rejoin the workforce after a three-year break. This initiative reflects Xperi’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, supporting individuals like me returning to their careers.”
