Every year around July and August, IDF will organise a mega job fair to facilitate organisations to hire professionals on the principles of diversity and inclusion. This will be done to make workplaces cohesive and healthy ecosystems that encourage each employee from diverse backgrounds to feel included and happy and hence, inspire them to deliver their best.
