About the trainer

The trainer for this workshop is Aparna Jain

Aparna Jain is an executive leadership coach who works with C-Suite clients in the workplace. She is a staunch advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Aparna spent 23 years in business development and marketing roles in technology and media in India and USA. She then started her consultancy, Zebraa Works, in 2012. Aparna is the author of four books which include: Own It: Leadership Lessons from Women Who Do (HarperCollins, 2016), which was awarded a Laadli Prize and was shortlisted for the Tata Literature Live! Business Book Award 2016, Like A Girl (Context, 2018) and Boys Will be Boys (Context 2019). Aparna has been on TV panels and other media. Along with her consulting and coaching, Aparna works with companies on building their DEI programmes with a focus on conscious leadership.
